Fox Searchlight have unveiled the first trailer for Wes Anderson’s latest quirky comedy “The Grand Budapest Hotel” which opens in March. The story deals with the characters populating a hotel in the 1920s where a murder has taken place.
It’s an out and out broad farce, with a stunning cast getting up to lots of slapstick fun. It also looks to be amongst the more accessible and even commercial of Anderson’s efforts. Shot in 4:3 aspect ratio, Ralph Fiennes seems right at home with Anderson’s style.
The trailer is up at Apple Trailers.
