Netflix has premiered the official trailer for Jamie Foxx’s father-daughter sitcom “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me” inspired by his own relationship with daughter Corinne Foxx.
The series follows Brian Dixon (Foxx), a successful business owner and bachelor who just became a full-time father to his teenage daughter Sasha (Kyla-Drew).
Determined to be the best he can be, he’s going to need all the help he can get from his dad and sister – and she’ll need all the help she can learning how to deal with her new, lovingly chaotic father. Jonathan Kite, Porscha Coleman, Heather Hemmens and Valente Rodriguez co-star.
This marks Foxx’s return to regular comedy TV a full twenty years after “The Jamie Foxx Show”. The series will be available from April 14th.
