Lionsgate has premiered the trailer for M.J. Bassett’s action thriller “Rogue” starring “Transformers” actress Megan Fox as a battle-hardened mercenary in remote Africa.
Fox plays Samantha O’Hara, a team leader who leads a lively squad of soldiers on a daring mission: rescue hostages from their captors in a remote part of the continent. The mission goes awry and the team is stranded, leaving the squad to face both a gang of rebels and a horde of ravenous, enraged lions.
Greg Kriek, Jessica Sutton, Calli Taylor, Brandon Auret, Adam Deacon and Sisanda Henna co-star in the film which is expected to arrive on digital and VOD on Friday, August 28th and on Blu-ray and DVD on September 1st. Isabel Bassett co-wrote the script.
