Following that tie-in “Cliff Beasts 6” tease the other day, Netflix has now released the first trailer for Judd Apatow’s new comedy “The Bubble”.
Karen Gillan and Pedro Pascal star in the film as the lead actors in the action film “Cliff Beasts 6: The Battle for Everest: Memories of a Requiem” who get stranded at a hotel after the COVID-19 pandemic halts production.
Leslie Mann and David Duchovny are also involved as a divorced acting couple forced to quarantine together. Iris Apatow, Fred Armisen, Maria Bakalova, Keegan-Michael Key, Peter Serafinowicz, Vir Das and Rob Delaney co-star in the film which Apatow co-wrote with Pam Brady.
The film is reportedly inspired by the real-life production of “Jurassic World: Dominion” which saw the cast stuck living together for six months in the United Kingdom.
“The Bubble” will hit Netflix on April 1st.
