After several years on a shelf, the Jennifer Lawrence-led war veteran PTSD drama from filmmaker Lila Neugebauer is finally coming via Apple TV+ with “Causeway” to hit select theaters and that streaming service on November 4th.
Lawrence plays Lynsey, a military engineer who has returned to her home in New Orleans from Afghanistan with a debilitating brain injury after an IED explosion.
Brian Tyree Henry co-stars as a fellow soldier who becomes a friend as they grapple with their PTSD together. Samira Wiley, Linda Emond and Stephen McKinley Henderson co-star in the film penned by Ottessa Moshfegh, Luke Goebel, and Elizabeth Sanders.
