Saban Films has released the trailer for Eamon O’Rourke’s feminists vs. misogynists revenge thriller “Asking For It”.
After a small-town waitress (Kiersey Clemons) is sexually assaulted on a date, she meets Regina (Alexandra Shipp) and Beatrice (Vanessa Hudgens) and is recruited into their no-mercy all-female vigilante group.
Together they strive to seek the ultimate revenge while getting their own version of justice. This soon puts them in the crosshairs of a corrupt police force of human traffickers and the dangerous alt-right group MFM (Men’s First Movement).
Ezra Miller stars as the leader of MFM while Radha Mitchell, Gabourey Sidibe, Casey Cott, Leslie Stratton, and Luke Hemsworth also star.
The film debuted at last year’s Tribeca Film Festival and will hit both cinemas and VOD on March 4th.
