HBO has released the full official trailer for its upcoming limited series sinister thriller “The Third Day”.
The project has been divided into two parts – ‘Summer’ and ‘Winter’. ‘Summer’ sees Jude Law playing a man who visits a mysterious island off the British coast and discovers a group of inhabitants intent on preserving their home at any cost.
‘Winter’ has a strong-willed outsider (Naomie Harris) coming to the island seeking answers – but instead causes a battle to decide its fate.
Katherine Waterston, Freya Allan, Emily Watson, Paddy Considine and John Dagleish co-star. The series is co-written and executive produced by Dennis Kelly (“Black Sea”) and helmed by both Marc Munden and Philippa Lowthorpe.
The miniseries is set to debut on HBO on Monday, September 14th at 9pm US-EST.
