Jani Zhao (“Sul”), Indya Moore (“Pose”) and Vincent Regan (“300”) have all joined James Wan’s currently in production “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” at Warner Bros. Pictures.
The film sees Jason Momoa returning as the half-human, half-Atlantean hero alongside fellow returnees Patrick Wilson as Orm, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Amber Heard as Mera, and Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus.
Zhao is playing a mystery character named Stingray, Moore is playing longtime DC character Karshon, and Regan is Atlantis’ ancient ruler Atlan who caused the city to sink into the sea.
In addition, Randall Park is confirmed to be returning as marine biologist Dr. Stephen Shin from the first film. The new movie is currently in production in Hawaii ahead of a December 16th 2022 release.
