Warner Bros. Animation has premiered a third trailer for “The Cat in the Hat,” the upcoming CG animated feature with “Barry” star Bill Hader as the voice of The Cat.
The cast also includes Quinta Brunson (“Abbott Elementary”), Bowen Yang (“Wicked”), Xochitl Gomez (“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”), Paula Pell (“Girls5eva”) and British comedy icon Matt Berry (“What We Do in The Shadows”).
Alessandro Carloni and Erica Rivinoja write and direct the film in which The Cat takes on his toughest assignment yet… to cheer a pair of siblings struggling with their move to a new town.
Known for taking things too far, this could be this agent of chaos’s last chance to prove himself…or lose his magical hat.
Daniela Mazzucato and Jared Stern will produce the project, which is the first under a deal between WBA and Dr. Seuss Enterprises.
“The Cat in the Hat” was first published in 1957 and was previously adapted into live-action in 2003 with Mike Myers in the lead role.
“The Cat in the Hat” is set to release in cinemas on November 4th.
