A new poster has premiered for Guillermo del Toro’s period romance drama which details a love story between a janitor and an aquatic man.
Set in Cold War-era 1963 America and deep within a hidden high-security government laboratory, the lonely deaf janitor Elisa (Sally Hawkins) is trapped in a life of silence and isolation.
Her life is soon changed forever when she and co-worker Zelda (Octavia Spencer) discover a secret classified experiment.
Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Doug Jones and Michael Stuhlbarg co-star in the film which opens in North America on December 8th.
