The third season of Lucasfilm’s “Star Wars” series “The Mandalorian” has reportedly wrapped filming.

Carl Weathers, who has both starred as Greef Karga and directed episodes, confirmed the news in a social media post quoting a report from Star Wars Stuff announcing the wrap which comes nearly six months after filming on the season began in October.

The new season follows in the wake of “The Book of Boba Fett” which boasted several episodes featuring the titular bounty hunter and his reunion with Grogu who is back under his care.

All that’s really known about the new season is that Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito will reprise their roles from prior seasons alongside Pascal who is mostly sticking to voice work this season due to his filming commitments on HBO’s “The Last of Us”.

Christopher Lloyd is also set to guest star. Going by the pattern of past season timetables, the third season will likely premiere on Disney+ around October/November.
