The official trailer has arrived for “Doctor Who: Flux,” the six-episode event series that served as the thirteenth season of the show’s revival and Jodie Whittaker’s last season as The Doctor.
Telling one story over six episodes, the new run sees Mandip Gill returning as Yaz while John Bishop and Jacob Anderson also serve as regulars.
The ‘Flux’ itself is a danger that will see multiple familiar monsters from the Who canon returning from the Sontarans to the Weeping Angels, the Cybermen, and the Ood.
The new season kicks off on BBC One, BBC America, and BBC iPlayer starting on October 31st and proceeds three specials with Whittaker’s final work in the role airing next year. Those specials recently wrapped with Whittaker confirming she has shot her regeneration scene but doesn’t know who will be replacing her.
