Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures are set to produce another installment, the tenth overall entry, of the “Saw” franchise, with the film due for release on October 27th 2023.
Kevin Greutert (“Saw VI”,” “Saw: The Final Chapter”) returns to direct the new entry with plot details kept under wraps. One thing that can be assured though, is all-new twisted traps and a new mystery to solve.
Commenting on the announcement, franchise producers Mark Burg and Oren Koules say: “We have been listening to what the fans have been asking for and are hard at work planning a movie that Saw aficionados and horror fans alike will love. And part of that is giving the reins to Kevin Greutert, director of Saw VI, which is still one of the fans’ favorites in the entire series. More details will be revealed soon.”
