Adult Swim has premiered the brief first teaser trailer for “My Adventures With Superman,” its upcoming animated DC series dubbed a serialized coming-of-age story.
The story follows Clark Kent as he builds his secret identity as Superman and explores his own mysterious origins.
Meanwhile, rising reporter Lois teams up with photographer Jimmy Olsen to break the stories that matter.
Soon, Clark and Lois fall in love and Lois is getting closer to uncovering the truth about Clark.
Along the way they take down bad guys, stumble over secrets, and discover what it means to be heroes in their own right.
The voice cast includes Jack Quaid as Superman, Alice Lee as Lois, and Ishmel Sahid as Jimmy.
The series is executive produced by Sam Register, Jake Wyatt, and Brendan Clogher. It already has a two-season order at Adult Swim and HBO Max with Warner Bros. Animation producing.
No official release date has been set beyond sometime this year, with the show to air in late-night primetime hours before it encores on Toonami.
The show is not a part of the revamped DCU, which has its own Superman to be introduced in July 2025 with the “Superman: Legacy” film.
