The AMC-distributed “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” concert movie, which was to kick off with its first sessions at 6pm on Friday October 13th, is now going a day early.

Swift herself held the world premiere of the film at The Grove in Los Angeles tonight. Following that, she took to Instagram to make the news official.

The singer says that due to unprecedented demand, they are opening up early access showings on Thursday night in North America. Also, additional showtimes are being added on Friday and throughout the weekend with tickets to be available by 10am Thursday morning.

She tells her legions of fans: “I can’t thank you enough for wanting to see this film that so vividly captures my favorite adventure I’ve ever been a part of: The Eras Tour. And the best part is, it’s an adventure we’re still on together.”

The concert film, which will launch in 90 countries all over the world this weekend, is tipped to take in $100-125 million domestically this weekend with an additional $35-50 million coming from overseas markets.

Last week the movie surpassed $100 million in advance ticket sales worldwide, already making it the highest-grossing concert film in history even before it opens.
