Following the end of the North American leg of The Eras Tour with 53 sold out shows under her belt, Grammy winner Taylor Swift has announced her successful sixth concert tour will be coming to cinemas.

An October 13th release date has been set in cinemas across North America for “The Eras Tour Concert Film”. In the film, Swift brings her fans on a musical journey through each of her ten studio albums.

The show spans over three hours with a set list of 44 songs divided into ten distinct acts that portray the albums conceptually. It’s not clear how long the film’s runtime will be as a result.

As the press release says: “The cultural phenomenon continues on the big screen! Immerse yourself in this once-in-a-lifetime concert film experience with a breathtaking, cinematic view of the history-making tour. Taylor Swift Eras attire and friendship bracelets are strongly encouraged!”

Emmy-winning filmmaker Sam Wrench is helming the film following several successful concert films like: “Mary J. Blige: The London Sessions” and “BTS: Permission to Dance on Stage – LA”.

Swift is currently touring Latin America until November and will then tour Asia and Europe. The concert tour, which began back in March, will come to a close in Canada in November next year.
