Tilda Swinton, “1917” breakout George MacKay and English acting vet Stephen Graham will star in the musical film “The End”.
The project hails from Oscar-nominated filmmaker Joshua Oppenheimer who crafted the celebrated documentary “The Act of Killing”. His film this time is described as a new Golden Age musical “about the last human family,” but further plot details are under wraps.
Oppenheimer and Signe Byrge Sørensen are producing for Wild Atlantic Pictures and Match Factory Productions. Production will begin next year and NEON (“Parasite,” “Titane”) will release the film theatrically in North America.
