Some of the upcoming fourth season of HBO’s “Succession” will see members of the Roy family headed to Norway.
The new run will delve further into the world of slick tech mogul Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) as the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to Matsson moves ever closer. The Roys question what their future will look like, and so the family is invited to visit Matsson’s homeland.
Producer Scott Ferguson (“Brokeback Mountain”) confirms that production and stars including Skarsgård, Nicholas Braun and Sarah Snook have been shooting the new season across a number of locations in western Norway such as the Atlantic Ocean Road, Romsdalen Gondola and the luxury Juvet Landscape Hotel.
The fourth season of “Succession” is scheduled to air sometime next year.
