Netflix has come out on top in a recent study of which streaming services have proven the most trouble-free.
Netflix users reported just 0.07 technical problems per hour of content streamed on average, according to a J.D. Power in a survey of U.S. streaming users in late April.
That’s ahead of Amazon Prime Video and Hulu (0.11), Disney Plus (0.12) and YouTube TV (0.13). All other streaming services ranked far worse at 0.17 per hour streamed.
The survey also asked consumers which single service they would keep in response to the hypothetical question of them only being allowed to have one. 54% chose Netflix, followed by Amazon Prime (17%), Hulu (13%) and Disney+ (4%).
The survey comes as Netflix customers in the U.K. and Europe have complained that the streamer has throttled back video bit rates.
