Netflix has premiered a new teaser trailer the fourth season of its “Stranger Things” TV series, the new run coming sometime in 2022.
The clip sees the young cast entering the house of Robert Englund’s character Victor Creel in the new run. Creel himself has been imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital since his family was violently murdered in the 1950s, which Creel blamed on a vengeful demon.
A combination of pandemic slowdowns, and the show expanding much more in scope, led to a long production run and delays on the new run. The new season reportedly lays the first groundwork for the show’s ending but no actual final season has yet been set.
