Sony has just held a State of Play for a variety of smaller titles and Japanese-market-centric ones, also shown off was a new story trailer for the highly-anticipated “God of War Ragnarök”.
Players set out on an epic and unflinching journey as Kratos and Atreus struggle with holding on and letting go. The dynamic of their relationship changes as they prepare for war, and Atreus struggles with trying to grasp the prophecy of his true nature.
The clip teases a certain key boss fight with Thor with his hammer that acts much like Kratos’ axe. There’s also a larger variety of environments on display.
Sony also showed off a new God of War-branded DualSense controller, which will be available on launch day in limited quantities. “God of War Ragnarök” is coming to PS4 and PS5 on November 9th.
