“Star Trek: Lower Decks” S3 Sets Launch

Star Trek Lower Decks S3 Targets Launch
Paramount+

With “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” having wrapped its run, Paramount+ is taking a brief few weeks off before the next entry in the mega-franchise with the announcement of a Thursday August 25th premiere date for the third season of the animated comedy series “Star Trek: Lower Decks”.

A new poster for the ten-episode run has been released and is a big old tribue to the iconic one-sheet art of “Star Trek III: The Search for Spock”. Usual cast members like Jack Quaid, Tawny Newsome, Eugene Cordero, Jerry O’Connell and Dawnn Lewis return.

Guest stars this season include Jonathan Frakes reprising his role of William Riker, J.G. Hertzler returning as a virtual version of Klingon Chancellor Martok, Gabrielle Ruiz as T’Lyn and Lauren Lapkus as Jennifer Sh’reyan.

The series will release on Paramount+ in the States, CTV in Canada, and Amazon Prime around key world territories including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and India.
