Ahead of the film’s release next Friday on Netflix, Oscar winner Spike Lee has revealed the new poster for his forthcoming war drama “Da 5 Bloods”.
The film follows the story of four African American veterans who return to Vietnam. Searching for the remains of their fallen squad leader and the promise of buried treasure, our heroes battle forces of man and nature – while confronted by the lasting ravages of the immorality of the Vietnam War.
Delroy Lindo, Chadwick Boseman, Jean Reno, Jonathan Majors, Paul Walter Hauser, Clarke Peters and Melanie Thierry lead the film whose timely message seems more relevant than ever in the current political and social climate.
“Da 5 Bloods” will be available to stream from Friday, June 12th.
