IO Interactive have released a new trailer for “Hitman III” with this one focusing on the surprisingly high quality VR mode the game will boast across not just its new levels but the whole trilogy’s old ones as well.
The new game, which will release all its levels at once, marks the third and final installment in the World of Assassination Trilogy that began in 2016.
Each of the games thus far boast 6-8 large sandbox levels, and in each the player sets out to assassinate their target using a variety of methods. The new game will incorporate all the levels from the previous two games for existing owners.
In addition, all of the previous two game’s levels from Sapienza to Hokkaido will also be given the optional VR treatment which allows you to shift the perspective to first person and puts the killing entirely in your hands.
The clip also reveals the fourth location of the new game – a nightclub in Berlin. “Hitman III” will be available on January 20th for PS5, PS5, Xbox Series X & S, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC.
