Filmmakers Steven Soderbergh and Eddie Alcazar are re-teaming for the thriller “Divinity”. Soderbergh produces and Alcazar directs.
The story centers on two mysterious brothers, played by Moises Arias and Jason Genao, who abduct a mogul (Stephen Dorff) during his quest for immortality.
Meanwhile, a seductive woman (Karrueche Tran) helps them launch a journey of self-discovery. Mike O’Hearn also stars.
Soderbergh and Alcazar previously teamed on the upcoming hyperstylized sci-fi feature “Perfect” starring Abbie Cornish. Alcazar has received acclaimed for his Bill Duke-led stop-motion animated live action short “The Vandal”.
