Ursula Corbero (“Money Heist’) is set to play The Baroness, the Cobra villain femme fatale, in the upcoming “G.I. Joe” spin-off and semi-reboot “Snake Eyes” at Paramount Pictures.
The new film stars Henry Golding as Snake Eyes and Warrior’s Andrew Koji as his nemesis, Storm Shadow. The film charts their early days as Snake Eyes attempts to join the ranks of the Ninja Clan known as Arashikage.
Corbero takes over a role that Sienna Miller previously played in the 2009 film “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra”. “RED” and “R.I.P.D.” director Robert Schwentke is set to helm the movie from a script by Evan Spiliotopoulos.
“Snake Eyes” will open in cinemas on October 16th 2020.
