Disney has announced plans for Disney+ Day which will be held on Friday November 12th and celebrate all of the content already on the service.
The big news is that “Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings” will make its debut on the platform from November 12th, approximately 70 days after its theatrical release.
Whether the film will also have a PVOD window at 45 days on major streamers like iTunes and Amazon is unclear at present.
The Disney+ day celebration will also see “Jungle Cruise” hitting the service on the same day, along with the Disney+ Original movie “Home Sweet Home Alone,” new Disney animation shorts involving “Frozen” and “Luca” characters, and a new “The Simpsons” short.
There will also be a Boba Fett special, a Marvel Cinematic Universe special, the first five episodes of the second season of “The World According to Jeff Goldblum,” and “Dopesick” will launch in international markets via the Star banner.
