Disney has premiered the official trailer for its “National Treasure: Edge of History” series based on the film franchise.
Catherine Zeta-Jones showed up at D23 to premiere the trailer during Disney Branded Television’s presentation.
The series follows young heroine Jess (Lisette Olivera) – a DREAMer in search of answers about her family – who embarks on the adventure of a lifetime to uncover the truth about the past and save a lost Pan-American treasure.
Justin Bartha, Zuri Reed, Antonio Cipriano, Jordan Rodrigues, Jake Austin Walker, Lyndon Smith and Harvey Keitel star in the series which is executive produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Jon Turteltaub and writers Marianne and Cormac Wibberley.
The series premieres on Wednesday, December 14th with the first two episodes.
