Search Continues For “Glee” Star Rivera

Divers are reportedly now searching Lake Piru in Southern California, which has been closed to the public, following the disappearance of “Glee” actress Naya Rivera.

Rivera went missing Wednesday while boating with her four-year-old son Josey on Lake Piru. The 33-year-old rented a boat on Wednesday afternoon and, three hours later, another boater found her son in a boat by himself wearing a life vest.

The boy was unharmed and told authorities that he and his mother went for a swim, but his mother never returned to the boat.

A search using helicopters, drones and dive teams was launched but was suspended overnight and is now continuing. Dive teams are assisting the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department through mutual aid, while the California Office of Emergency Services is also involved.
