Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed on to both lead and executive produce an hour-long spy series for Skydance Television.
The will mark the former Governor’s regular live-action TV debut in a show described as a global spy adventure with a father and daughter at the center of the story.
Who will play the daughter is not clear yet. The project will be shopped around to streamers in the very near future.
Schwarzenegger voices the lead character of Arnold Armstrong in Genius Brands International’s upcoming animated TV series “Stan Lee’s Superhero Kindergarten” slated to launch next year.
Nick Santora (“Scorpion,” “Prison Break”) will create, develop and executive produce alongside his commitment to also showrun the “Jack Reacher” TV series at Amazon. David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Bill Bost will also executive produce.
