Tim Robbins will join Rebecca Ferguson in the forthcoming drama series “Wool” for the Apple TV+ service.
Based on Hugh Howey’s book, the story is set in a ruined and toxic future where a community exists in a giant silo underground, hundreds of stories deep.
Men and women live in a society full of regulations they believe are meant to protect them. Robbins will play Bernard, the Silo’s IT head opposite Ferguson as an independent and hardworking engineer.
Morten Tyldum will direct the series and executive produce alongside Ferguson, Howey, Graham Yost, Remi Aubuchon, Nina Jack and Ingrid Escajeda.
