Xbox Entertainment Studios has announced a second live-action “Halo” project separate from its previously announced, Steven Spielberg-produced series.
343 Entertainment and Ridley Scott’s Scott Free TV are teaming to produce a lower budgeted iteration akin to the “Halo: Forward Unto Dawn” short-form digital episodes.
Both Scott and David Zucker will executive produce while long-time Spielberg first assistant director Sergio Mimica-Gezzan (“Battlestar Galactica”) is slated to direct.
Details of the storyline are being kept under wraps.
