A source has indicated to The Wrap that Ryan Reynolds recently shot a scene as Deadpool for next year’s Wolverine film “Logan”. The site says according to their source, the scene will likely become a post-credit scene.
The report also says “John Wick” co-director David Leitch directed Reynolds in the new scene. Fox has declined to comment.
If true, this will be Reynolds’ second time playing Deadpool in a Wolverine film – the first being 2009’s “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” albeit a very different version to the one he played in the “Deadpool” film earlier this year.
“Logan” opens in cinemas on March 3rd.
UPDATE: Both Ryan Reynolds and James Mangold have taken to Twitter to shoot down this report, saying there’s no inclusion of the Deadpool character in “Logan” whatsoever.
Sadly, not true. Prisoner 24601 is on a solo mission. https://t.co/5czBmMRfY1

"@TheWrap has not reported Deadpool & Logan would appear side-by-side." Cause Deadpool ain't in the film, pal. Keep backtracking.#fakenews
