Actor Ryan Reynolds and director Shawn Levy, who recently teamed on the upcoming “Free Guy,” are pairing up once again for an untitled time travel action-adventure film at Netflix.
Jonathan Tropper (“This is Where I Leave You”) is currently writing the latest draft which is being kept top secret. TS Nowlin and Mark Levin & Jennifer Flackett penned earlier versions.
The project was initially set up at Paramount eight years ago with Tom Cruise attached and focuses on an astronaut who travels back in time and works with his younger self.
Reynolds and Levy will also produce alongside David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger.
