Rebecca Hall (“Vicky Cristina Barcelona,” “Frost/Nixon”) is in talks to star in the Richard Linklater-directed comedy “Liars (A-E)” for Miramax Films says the trades.
Hall will play a woman who is dumped by her rocker fiance on the eve of Barack Obama’s presidential election victory.
She takes a road trip with a pal (Kat Dennings) to Obama’s inauguration, and visits various ex-boyfriends to retrieve lost items.
Emma Forrest wrote the script and Scott Rudin is producing.
