Rachael Leigh Cook Joins “He’s All That”

Actress Rachael Leigh Cook has officially signed on for “He’s All That,” the gender flipped remake of the 1999 comedy “She’s All That” in which she played the female lead.

Addison Rae stars as Padgett Sawyer, who accepts a challenge to turn the school’s least popular boy (Tanner Buchanan) into prom king, attempting to avenge herself following a humiliating fallout with her boyfriend.

Cook will NOT be reprising her role of Laney Boggs from the original movie in the new one, instead she’ll play Padgett’s wise and caring mother.

Madison Pettis, Petyon Meyer, Isabella Crovetti, Annie Jacob and Myra Molloy co-star. Jennifer Gibgot and Andrew Panay are producing while R. Lee Fleming penned the script and Mark Waters is set to direct.
