Margaret Nolan, the gold-painted model from the memorable title sequence in “Goldfinger” (along with playing the masseuse Dink in the film), has died. She passed away at the age of 76 on October 5th.
Nolan also appeared in the popular Beatles pic “A Hard Day’s Night,” was a regular in the “Carry On” franchise for a decade, and starred in such films as “Three Rooms in Manhattan,” “The Power of Three” and “Ferry Cross the Mersey”.
Most recently Edgar Wright cast her in his upcoming film “Last Night in Soho” releasing in April next year and Wright broke the news on Twitter in a wonderful tribute to her.
Nolan is survived by her sons Luke O’Sullivan and Oscar Deeks, who is a cinematographer.
