Smile
William McGregor (“His Dark Materials”) has come aboard to helm the vampire movie “Smile” for Netflix and Matt Reeves’ 6th & Idaho. McGregor will co-write with Helen Kingston.

The story follows teenager Millie who is bitten by a vampire on a school trip to Los Angeles. Wanting nothing more than to be human again, she learns she can reverse the process if she can kill the man who bit her before the next sunrise. [Source: Deadline]

Netflix has released a trailer for their Katt Shea-directed feel good film “Rescued by Ruby” starring “The Flash” leading man Grant Gustin as a state trooper reassigned to a K-9 Search & Rescue team and adopts a rowdy and energetic shelter pup who changes his life. The film premieres March 17th.
