What Remains of Us
A first look photo has been released of the Kit Harington-led horror feature “What Remains of Us” which also stars James Cosmo, Ashleigh Cummings and Caoilinn Springall and hails from director Alexander J. Farrell.

Deep in rural England, a girl grows up in her family’s isolated, fortified compound where she begins to question her unusual life. She discovers that once a month her father (Harington) turns into a monster. When he escapes the girl has to confront the harsh reality of her father’s identity. [Source: THR]

Woman of the Hour
Netflix has reportedly closed an $11 million deal at the Toronto Film Festival to acquire Anna Kendrick’s directorial debut, the fact-based thriller “Woman of the Hour”.

The story follows a young woman (Kendrick) who won a date on “The Dating Game” game show with a handsome and charming man (Daniel Zovatto) who turned out to be a notorious serial killer who was convicted of killing at least eight women. [Source: Deadline]

SpongeBob SquarePants
Purple Lamp and THQ Nordic have announced that the “SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake” video game will be getting PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions.

The title arrived back in January on older-gen PS4 and Xbox One consoles and thus are playable on current-gen versions. On October 16th, proper current-gen versions will be released with new costumes, photo mode and DualSense support. [Source: YouTube]

Five Nights At Freddy’s
Despite a rumor that cropped up on the weekend suggesting it would clock in at three hours, an actual AMC Theaters listing for the upcoming “Five Nights at Freddy’s” film indicates the PG-13 feature will clock in at 110 minutes.
