Peacock has announced a November 19th premiere date for “TrollsTopia,” the Dreamworks animated series that will follow the adventures of hair-raising Trolls from the animated movie. It joins other DWA series on the way like “The Mighty Ones” and new episodes of “Curious George,” “Cleopatra in Space,” “Madagascar: A Little Wild” and “Where’s Waldo?”. [Source: Variety]
Tenet
Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” has finally set a home video release with the movie to be made available on 4K, Blu-ray, DVD and digital on December 15th. Pre-orders will start on November 10th. The 4K combo pack and Blu-ray will contain the hour-long featurette “Looking at the World in a New Way: The Making of Tenet” which includes interviews with the cast and crew. [Source: Heat Vision]
Love Life
William Jackson Harper (“The Good Place”) will take over the central role in the HBO Max anthology series “Love Life,” replacing Anna Kendrick whose character will only return in a recurring capacity. Harper will play a man whose years-long relationship with a woman he thought was his soulmate has ended. With the rug pulled out from under him, he is plunged back into the search for the romantic fulfillment that he thought he had already found. [Source: The Live Feed]
Valley of Tears
A trailer has been released for HBO Max’s “Valley of Tears,” an original series set during 1973’s Yom Kippur War. The ensemble series includes a famous bohemian television star in search of his estranged son, a newly enlisted soldier; a commander and his newly befriended intelligence analyst; tank crewman who represent Israel’s Black Panthers social justice reform movement; and a female officer who refuses to leave the battlefields, disobeying direct orders to evacuate. Yaron Zilberman helms the series which premieres November 12th.
