Netflix has confirmed that “Tomb Raider ” director Roar Uthaug’s new film “Troll” is set to hit the streamer on December 1st.
Inspired bythe Scandinavian legend, the story imagines a gigantic creature escaping from a millennia-old imprisonment within the Norwegian mountains. Enraged, the huge troll rampages through the countryside and is headed for Oslo. [Source: Netflix]

HBO Max has handed out a second-season renewal order to its mystery thriller “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin” reboot. The order comes just a few weeks after the series wrapped its ten-episode first season. [Source: THR]
Poker Face
Cherry Jones, Luis Guzman, Hong Chau and Reed Birney have joined the cast of Rian Johnson’s ten-episode mystery drama series “Poker Face” at Peacock. Natasha Lyonne leads the series as a detective.
The four join previously announced cast members Adrien Brody, Benjamin Bratt, Charles Melton, Chloe Sevigny, Clea DuVall, Danielle MacDonald, Ellen Barkin, Jameela Jamil, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Judith Light, Lil Rel Howery, Nick Nolte, Ron Perlman, S. God of War: Ragnarok
Santa Monica Studio has released new gameplay video from “God of War: Ragnarok,” this clip showing off footage of the new dwarven realm Svartalfheim. Said realm has a bunch of verticality which can be accessed via geysers, along with a bunch of environmental puzzles.
The Fablemans
Steven Spielberg’s semi-autobiographical feature “The Fablemans” premieres shortly at the Toronto International Film Festival ahead of a limited theatrical release on November 11th and nationwide expansion on November 23rd.
To celebrate the screening, a new poster has been released. Gabriel LaBelle, Michelle Williams, Paul Dano and Seth Rogen co-star in the film inspired by Spielberg’s childhood as it follows a budding teenage filmmaker who grows up in post-World War II Arizona.
