James Bond
In the early 1970s, the Bond film “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” had come out and was well received bar George Lazenby’s performance which didn’t satisfy the producers. So Burt Reynolds was offered the opportunity to play the role, a part the actor famously turned down saying the public would not accept an American playing 007. Now a DeepFake video is out showcasing what Reynolds could’ve looked like as Bond, albeit with footage from the very first Connery Bond film “Dr. No”.
Elba vs Block
Idris Elba did not only recently test positive for the coronavirus, he also filmed a new unscripted Quibi series titled “Elba vs Block”. The series sees the “Luther” and “Pacific Rim” star take on one of the planet’s hottest drivers, Ken Block, in an action-packed rivalry as they pit cars against each other through increasingly outrageous stunts to prove who is the best. That series hits the service today.
