RRR
S.S. Rajamouli’s wild Tollywood historical musical fantasy epic “RRR” is being re-released in theaters in the U.S. on Friday, March 3rd. The re-release will debut in over 200 theaters and be the original Telugu version of the film.

The run will kick off with a one-night-only event ‘RRR Fan CelebRRRation Live’ on March 1st at the American Cinematheque at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. It will be the film’s biggest-ever screening. [Source: India Today]

Poor Things
“The Favourite” and “The Lobster” director Yorgos Lanthimos’ new Frankenstein-esque film “Poor Things” has been rated R by the MPA for “strong & pervasive sexual content, graphic nudity, disturbing material, gore, and language”.

The film adapts Alasdair Gray’s 1992 book about a young woman brought back to life by an eccentric but brilliant scientist. Mark Ruffalo, Emma Stone, Christopher Abbott, Ramy Youssef, Margaret Qualley, Jerrod Carmichael and Willem Dafoe star. [Source: Bloody Disgusting]

Wonder Man
“The Weekend” and “The Photograph” director Stella Meghie has been set to direct episodes of the Marvel Studios series “Wonder Man” starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as an industrialist scion who gains ion-based superpowers.

Meghie is expected to helm multiple episodes for the series along with Daniel Destin Cretton who also will direct multiple episodes and executive produce. Andrew Guest serves as head writer on the Disney+ series. [Source: Deadline]

All My Friends Are Dead
JoJo Siwa has signed on to star opposite Jade Pettyjohn in the horror-thriller “All My Friends Are Dead” from writer Marcus Dunstan (“Saw 3D”). Dunstan is directing from a screenplay by writers Josh Sims and Jessica Sarah Flaum whilst casting is ongoing and shooting is set to start filming in Canada this spring.

The story follows a group of close college friends who get a steal on a killer Airbnb for the biggest music festival of the year. A weekend of partying quickly takes a turn for the worst as members of the group are murdered one by one. [Source: Deadline]

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
Ubisoft is set to release a patch tomorrow morning (Update 1.53) that will fix flickering and frame rate issues that “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate” has reportedly been suffering on PS5. Ubisoft has previously raised the frame rate past “Assassin’s Creed” titles for PS5. [Source: Gamespot]
