The Recruit
Netflix has announced “The Recruit” as being the title of its new spy thriller series starring Noah Centineo (“Black Adam,” “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before”) and produced by “Edge of Tomorrow” helmer Doug Liman. It launches on December 16th.

Centineo will play a CIA lawyer who becomes entangled in dangerous international power politics when a former CIA asset threatens to expose the agency. Alexi Hawley created the eight-episode series and serves as showrunner. [Source: Netflix]

The School for Good & Evil
Netflix has released a new clip for Paul Feig’s fantasy feature “The School For Good And Evil”. Laura Solon and David Magee adapted the script from Soman Chainani’s debut novel, with the film hitting the service on October 19th.

The story follows best friends Sophie and Agatha, who find themselves on opposing sides of a modern fairy tale when they are swept away into an enchanted school where young heroes and villains are trained to protect the balance of good and evil.

Your Place or Mine
Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher have announced a February 10th 2023 release date for Netflix’s romantic comedy feature “Your Place or Mine”. Jesse Williams, Tig Notaro, Zoë Chao, Steve Zahn and Wesley Kimmel co-star.

The pair play long-distance best friends whose lives are changed when Witherspoon’s character decides to pursue a lifelong dream and Kutcher’s character volunteers to take care of her teenage son.

Bloopers
As new seasons of “Stranger Things” and “The Umbrella Academy” are a while off, Netflix used its Tudum event to release blooper reels for their most recent seasons, which can be seen below and show even Vecna can stuff up some takes.
