Play Dirty
The first photo has been released for Shane Black’s “Play Dirty,” a new heist thriller based on the Parker series of novels – specifically “The Hunter” by Richard Stark/Donald E. Westlake.

Mark Wahlberg, LaKeith Stanfield, Rosa Salazar, Keegan-Michael Key, Chukwudi Iwuji, Nat Wolff, Thomas Jane, and Tony Shalhoub star in the film about an expert thief who finds himself pitted against a South American dictator, the New York mafia, and the world’s richest man. [Source: Collider]

Greenland 2
The Gerard Butler-led action feature “Greenland 2: Migration” will be released on January 9th 2026. The film will take over a release slot originally set aside for “Mutiny” which is now unscheduled.

Morena Baccarin and Roman Griffith also return in the film in which the Garrity family are forced to leave their bunker in Greenland to traverse the remains of the world in search of a new home. [Source: Lionsgae]

King and Conqueror
The James Norton and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau-led BBC historical drama series “King & Conqueror” has set multiple global distribution deals with the title set to screen on Amazon Prime Video in the US, SBS in Australia, and HBO Max in much big swaths of Asia and Europe.

Norton as plays Harold, Earl of Wessex, opposite Coster-Waldau as William, Duke of Normandy (aka William the Conqueror), two men destined to clash at the Battle of Hastings and change the world forever. Emily Beecham and Clémence Poésy co-star. [Source: Deadline]

All The Sinners Bleed
“Gangs of London” actor Sope Dirisu will star in the Netflix crime thriller series “All the Sinners Bleed” adapted from S.A. Cosby’s novel by “Black Panther” co-writer Joe Robert Cole who is also showrunner. The Obamas will executive produce.

Haunted by his devout mother’s untimely death, the series follows the first Black sheriff in a small Bible Belt county (Dirisu) must lead the hunt for a serial killer who has quietly been preying on his Black community for years in the name of God. [Source: Yahoo]

Jurassic World Rebirth
Universal Pictures has confirmed that “Jurassic World: Rebirth” is coming to PVOD tomorrow (August 5th) and will hit Blu-ray DVD on September 9th. Both releases will include over an hour of bonus material, including “Deleted Scenes, Alternate Opening and Bonus Content not seen in theaters”. [Source: Universal Pictures]
