The Super Mario Bros. Movie
Universal Pictures’ “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” is officially set to make its debut on the Peacock streaming service on August 3rd. Fans will also get treated to bonus content such as behind-the-scenes interviews, an immersive video field guide, and a “Peaches” lyrical video.

The film debuted with the biggest opening weekend of the year at $204 million in its first five days of release. It has earned $1.3 billion at the worldwide box office to date, the highest-grossing movie adapted from a video game and the second-biggest animated film in history, only behind “Frozen II”. A Black Lady Sketch Show
The fourth season of the Emmy-winning comedy series “A Black Lady Sketch Show” will be its last, with HBO issuing a statement confirming the decision to end the show whilst praising series creator and star Robin Thede. They add they “look forward to continued creative collaboration under her deal with us”. The show’s fourth season debuted in April. [Source: Variety]

Den of Thieves 2: Pantera
UFC champ Michael Bisping will return for the upcoming “Den of Thieves 2: Pantera” alongside Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr. with filming having been underway in the UK and Canary Islands since April. The new entry will deal with the heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange.

Bisping (“xXx: The Return of Xander Cage,” “Twin Peaks”) will reprise his role as Connor in the sequel directed by Christian Gudegast. Bisping will soon be seen in Millennium’s upcoming “Red Sonja” movie. [Source: THR]

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3
A deleted scene from Marvel Studios’ “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” has revealed what happened to the film’s villain, the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), following the events of the film. SPOILERS AHEAD.

In the film, the character seemingly dies after having the real parts of his face clawed off by Rocket Raccoon and is left stranded as his ship explodes. A new deleted scene confirms he survived and is incarcerated – trying to make parts of his face stick back to where they were.
