Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny
Disney has set a Tuesday, August 29th digital release date for “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny”.
The film will be available on all major digital retailers, including Prime Video, Apple TV, and Vudu. No word on an SVOD premiere at this time, but this digital release will rock five behind-the-scenes features. [Source: Lucasfilm]
Superman: Legacy
DC Studios co-chief James Gunn has confirmed pre-production on “Superman: Legacy” is well underway. Asked on Threads if he is “considering designs without trunks” for the Superman costume, he responded that costumers have “done hundreds of designs” for Supeman and that “it is most definitely not that simple”. Top Boy
Netflix has premiered the trailer for the final season of British drama “Top Boy” with Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson returning. Ronan Bennett’s hit series, which returns September 7th, follows the lives of people living in the fictional Summerhouse Estate in Hackney, UK.
The Boy and the Heron
In the wake of the Japanese theatrical release of Hayao Miyazaki’s “The Boy and the Heron,” stills from Studio Ghibli’s latest and the filmmaker’s final film have gone online.
These mark the first look, outside of Japan, of scenes from the theatrical film. GKIDS hasn’t announced the North American release date as yet.
