Hell of a Summer
The first photo has been released from the horror-comedy slasher “Hell of a Summer” which is written, directed by and stars Finn Wolfhard and Billy Bryk. Imaginary
Lionsgate is in final negotiations to acquire worldwide rights to the thriller “Imaginary” and will co-finance the film with Blumhouse. Jeff Wadlow will direct and produce alongside Jason Blum, and filming will begin later this year.
Wadlow co-wrote the script with Greg Erb, Jason Oremland, and Bryce McGuire. The story follows a young woman who returns to her childhood home only to discover that the imaginary friend she left behind is very real and very unhappy she left. [Source: Lionsgate]
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania
Marvel Studios held the world premiere of “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” last night in Los Angeles ahead of the film’s opening next Friday. Timed with that premiere, a featurette highlighting Jonathan Majors’ portrayal of Kang the Conqueror in the film is out and can be seen below.
The Umbrella Academy
Following the news the other day that the fourth and final season of “The Umbrella Academy” on Netflix is now in production, a photo has been posted of the cast and series showrunner Steve Blackman at a table read. Meanwhile it has been confirmed Colm Feore will be reprising the role of Reginald for this fourth and final season consisting of only six episodes.
