The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power
“Stranger Things” and “Sweeney Todd” star Jamie Campbell Bower has been confirmed for the role of Celeborn in the upcoming third season of of Amazon Prime’s “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” with a first lok photo now available.
Here, Celeborn will be depicted as an Elven lord and formidable warrior who shares a central romantic storyline with Galadriel (Morfydd Clark). The new season is scheduled to premiere on November 11th. [Source: Empire]

Netflix’s Sydney Sweeney and Noah Centineo-led live-action “Gundam” movie has officially wrapped production under the direction of filmmaker Jim Mickle. The shoot lasted three months and took place in Queensland, Australia. Post-production is now underway.
The actors play rival mech pilots caught in the midst of a decades-long outer-space war between Earth and its former space colonies. Snoop
Universal Pictures has set an August 6th 2027 release date for the R-rated Snoop Dogg biopic “Snoop”. The title will go up against Disney’s “The Bluey Movie” and Black Bear’s “Jason Statham Stole My Bike”.
Jonathan Daviss stars as the “artist, mogul and icon of gangsta rap” in a film helmed by “Song Sung Blue” director Craig Brewer. Further specifics are under wraps. [Source: Variety]
Travis Scott
Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack company have signed a first-look deal at Paramount Pictures. The agreement gives him freedom to develop projects spanning film and television productions, theater and other experiential endeavors. Fox, Hulu and 20th Television Animation have set the voice cast of the “Family Guy” spinoff series “Stewie”. Creator Seth MacFarlane will reprise his role of Stewie and do double duty as his classmate Bean. Kirker Butler serves as showrunner.
Also starring are Mike Henry as Stewie’s new gossipy classmate BJ, Kenan Thompson as Stewie’s new friend Royal, Vanessa Bayer as Stewie’s teacher Morgan, Melissa O’Neil as Stewie’s soulmate Wanda, Aaron Lee as the century-old Skunk, and Jessica Lowe as wannabe influencer Caroline. Joshua Close (“Wayward”) will play Skelton, Ken Yamamura (“The Wolverine”) is Kenji, Michael Rubenfeld (“Lucky Number Slevin”), is Eli ‘Wick’ Kagan, and Joel Nankervis is Jebidah ‘Jeb’ Campbell (“Your Fault: London”) in the MGM+ series remake of “The Magnificent Seven”.
