STXfilms has delayed the U.S. theatrical release of Ric Roman Waugh’s sci-fi disaster film “Greenland” which was to open next week. Instead the Gerard Butler-led film has now been moved to an undisclosed date in the fourth quarter of this year – marking the film’s fourth delay. [Source: Variety]

John Boyega
John Boyega will no longer represent London cosmetics brand Jo Malone for whom he was their first male global ambassador. The actor exited after the brand reshot an award-winning commercial he conceived and starred in for the company’s marketing campaign and without his knowledge removed him from the clip and substituted him with Chinese actor Liu Haoran in order to appeal to the China market. Black Forest
“Unhinged” director Derrick Borte will helm the teen horror-thriller “Black Forest” which he will direct and co-write with Daniel Forte. The story will center on a group of university students as they backpack through the infamous titular German forest, only to encounter phenomena that transports them back to The Middle Ages and find themselves separated and on the run from local villagers on a witch hunt. The Falcon and The Winter Soldier
Filming has resumed on the Marvel Studios and Disney+ series “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” and set photos from Atlanta confirm actors Georges St-Pierre (Batroc) and Emily VanCamp (Sharon Carter), both from “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” are returning. The series had only a few days left to shoot before shutting down to COVID-19 back in March. It’s now completing that bit of filming. [Source: JustJared]
